In Week 7, Mr. Fauzi taught us about “Double Exposure”. Double-exposure photography refers to merging multiple images. They usually feature silhouettes.

PRACTICAL
Fig. 1.5 Practical Task

For this practical, we have to use the knowledge and skills learnt from the tutorial video and make our own double exposure photo. We have to use our own portrait photo and use high-resolution background images online.

I first converted the images to become black and white, repositioned the portrait and used the portrait orientation layout (1080x1920).

REFLECTION
I have always been interested in designs with double exposure. Before I did not know what effect that was, and thought it was a complicated effect to do. However, after learning about it, I realized it is quite easy to achieve in Photoshop. I had a lot of fun doing this exercise and it was very interesting to learn about double exposure.
